it is remembered that no university or even known scholars has produced such
a compendium on the best known branch of astrology as Election. He deserves
the highest praise for what he has produced in this book. It shall be
fitting reward if some university considers this stupendous work to award
him a Ph D or even higher title like D.Litt.
